Marilyn Manson (Brian Hugh Warner, January 5, 1969, Canton, Ohio, United States) is a singer, songwriter, actor, writer, painter and American film director known for his controversial personality and image as a vocalist and Industrial metal band Marilyn Manson. Her stage name was formed from the names of actress Marilyn Monroe and convicted Charles Manson.
It appeared in some films like Jawbreaker, Lost Highway of David Lynch and Party Monster. He is not only dedicated to music, but also to painting. He appears in number 44 on the list of the top 100 metal vocalists of all time, according to Hit Parader.

Manson has also been certified by the IFPI as one of the 100 most successful artists of all time and holds a position among the five most successful Industrial Metal artists, certifying 50 million records sold worldwide, of which 4,500,000 Were certified only in the United States. Manson has his androgynous alter ego called "Omega" which appeared on his Mechanical Animals studio album.
